We try to provide the best customer service as possible and we use this helpdesk as a central point of contact to be able to help you with your requests (we call them tickets in our technical jargon!).

This helpdesk should primarily be used with issues encountered on the website v2.ovcsupport.net.

By login in to the helpdesk you can:


  • create new tickets,
  • get the status of your existing tickets as they are answered by our staff,
  • add comments and answer our questions,
  • update your contact information so we can stay in touch with you if needed.
